AUTOBIOGRAPHICAL PAINTINGS
These four watercolours are painted in the traditional ‘Trompe L’Oeil’ style. Every item has been
placed as the originals would be. Papers and newspaper cuttings are held by pins or tucked behind
the simulated ribbons. Nothing must be impossible, and everything is painted exactly the same size
as the object.
